Mossy Point House 1

This retro inspired coastal home was an absolute pleasure to be a part of. A lot of thought and consideration went into every little aspect.
Window location was carefully considered, taking advantage of the sweeping water views to the east, whilst ensuring northern solar aspects were still captured.
It is a homage to what was, re-using and recycling materials that could be salvaged from the house that once sat there.
